Pharmacy Choice Saline Nasal Spray 30 ml Twin Pack Directions 1. Blow the nose. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. Hold the bottle at the bottom with your thumb and hold the white tip between the index and middle finger. If you are going to use the spray for the first time, first fill the pump with the solution by spraying in the air a few times. The nasal spray is now ready for use. 4. Small children are best to sit on your lap and sit upright. You can then support the child’s head with one hand. 5. Insert the nose piece into the nostril. Spray once and inhale through the nose at the same time. Repeat this for the other nostril. 6. Clean the nose piece well after use. Replace the cap. This product should be used by only one person. Discard 3 months after first opening. Babies & children under 2 years: 1 spray in each nostril, no more than four times a day, if necessary. Adults & children over 2 years: 1-2 sprays in each nostril, no more than four times a day, if necessary. The nasal spray can be used for a long time.
