• for Use
• Adults: 15 ml (1 tablespoon) 4 times daily.
• Children 5 12 years: 15 ml (1 tablespoon) 2 times daily.
• Children 2 4 years: 7.5-15 ml (1/2-1 tablespoon) per day.
• Best taken at first sign of cold and flu symptoms within 48 hours of the onset of symptoms. Or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

• Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit juice dry (Equiv. fresh juice 5.7 g)
• Contains Gluten, Sulfites, Sugars and Sorbates
